The house rules

Whaler Sports is strictly for people 21 years of age or older. By joining, following or entering anything on this site you confirm you are at least 21.

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws where you live. Sports betting is not legal everywhere. Do not use our content to place a wager where it is prohibited.

We may remove any member we believe is under 21 or misrepresenting their age.

Our units are $10 so play stays small and fun. Set a budget before you bet and never wager money you need for rent, bills or family.

Never chase losses. Take breaks. Do not bet while drinking or upset. Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make a living.

If gambling is causing you or someone you know harm, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (US). You can also contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org. Outside the US, contact your local problem gambling helpline.

You can ask to be removed from our community at any time, and we will honor self-exclusion requests.

Whaler Sports provides sports information, analysis and opinion for entertainment. We are not a sportsbook, we do not accept or place wagers, and we do not hold your money for betting.

Picks are never guaranteed. Past results do not predict future results, and you can lose money following any pick. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

Membership fees pay for content and community access. They are not wagers, deposits or investments.

Open to legal residents of the eligible regions listed in each giveaway who are 21 or older. Void where prohibited by law.

Each giveaway lists its prize, entry method, entry period and how winners are chosen and contacted. Winners are selected at random and may be asked to verify age and eligibility. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Merchandise is sold through our Whop shop. Product details, sizing and prices are shown at checkout.

Paid memberships are billed through Whop at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel any time from your Whop account and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, scams or promotion of illegal betting. No sharing of other members' personal information.

Do not ask members to send money outside the platform. Staff will never ask for your passwords or banking details.

We collect only what we need to run the club, such as your account details from Whop, your age confirmation and messages you send us. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments are handled by Whop, so we never see your full card number. This site stores a single browser setting to remember that you confirmed you are 21 or older.

Questions or deletion requests can be sent through the member chat.
